Strong people are strong, because they've been through pain. Because they KEPT GOING. They kept FIGHTING and they did not allow PAIN to defeat them. That is MENTAL STRENGTH. That is CHARACTER. IN LIFE YOU GET TO CHOOSE. WILL THE PAIN STOP YOU OR WILL IT GROW YOU?? You cannot grow without pain.
