No doctor available for emergency everyday. Don't go this hospital you may die If you are severely Ill
Bad experience., went 1 time but never found a Nephrology and Dialysis Dr. their., Always tell to wait minimum 3 to 4 hour. Feel like these guys r more not interested for admitted case. If there is no big issue than Dr. ll not come to see u, just there staff ll check ,last moment my father was dead in hospital.
One of the worst hospital, worst management , worst doctors ever i have seen in Angul city . I had booked the appointment for the Hematologist Dr. Hamalatha Das one month before, I was calling regularly to get the update of my appointments, and everytime i was getting the response like ,yes Doctor will come on your booking date . Even I called to the hospital today morning to check the status of Doctor Hemalatha Das ,and they told Doctor will come by 2 PM .
And I went to the Surendra hospital on my appointment booking date (27th March 2022), I have wait their for 1.30 hours , after Two hours the attendant came and said , Dr Hemalatha das will not come to clinic today, she asked the patients to come to the Sai temple for check up . I couldn't believe, the situation was so pathetic..
I thought what kind of Hospital is this , and what kind of so called Hematologist Doctor Hemalatha Das is , who is asking patients to come to a Temple for check up .
Government should ban the license of these Doctors and these kind of Hospitals... they are playing with the emotions of Patients.
Horrible experience. Very dirty both toilet and room floor, even if you take the executive single room. AC is non-functional. For cleaning the room you will have to keep following up with the help desk and keep waiting till the cleaner comes. Some issue with the payment as well. No clarity with what they advise. Helpdesk guys are more busy with their personal work during working hours.
Very bad hospital, their motive only money they don't knows how to give treatment, froud hose. Their charges is very high but treatment is 0.so plz don't waste your valuable life as well as your money.
Very bad doctor response towards a patient attendant.I am doctor and I was a staff of this hospital but when I reached the hospital with my father in a emergency..... the behaviour was unexpected. And I am disappointed.

(Surendra Hospital is at Mishra pada square..., but as per Google map, it is at NALCO campus. It's showing the wrong place. It's 5 KM distance from Nalco to Mishra pada square...)
