I stayed here with my girlfriend for one day, when I checked the room before staying the receptionist was shouted that 'you don't have a room get out', at that time I begged him to rent a room for a day because we are really tired and needed a place to stay. Very rude behaviour of the receptionist. Apart from that the bathroom door couldn't be closed and when I was taking shower someone was doing ac repair work nearby through the bathroom window and I raised a voice and they shifted me to another room. Worst experience they charged Rs. 1600 not worth of this place such a worst behaviour of receptionist..
Nothing like any of other townhouses. Looks like they're trying to run some sort of pgs. Completely unsupportive staff. Dirty rooms, broken beds, no toiletries. Even after request they don't provide.. bathroom. Doesn't get clean at all.. few rooms AC doesn't work. Not at all recommended.
Rooms are quite warming and comfortable. Hotel staff are also helpful! Usually they don't allow early check-in, prepare for that while planning accordingly
Last time, I guess, I was being generous by rating 3 stars. Thanks to the subsequent bookings, I discovered your pathetic customer service. I have, myself, encountered instances where you people cancel bookings at the last moment without any notification to the arriving customers. Also there are instances where you guys ask for extra money against bookings made through OYO or MMT. Lastly I would suggest people not to rely on the online bookings made on this property as you would have to roam around the streets to find another hotel in case they cancel the booking at the last minute. They have serious issues with regard to their credibility and customer service is miserable.

We went to 6 other hotels and 5 of them were demanding way more money than what we saw while booking them, then we came here and this is one of the best hotel experiences that I have ever had. We called the reception after booking through oyo. They said the price was 1259, even though we got a deal at 1089. But for the price of 1259, this is excellent. Great room. Spacious, well lit, everything is working fine. If you are looking for a hotel, book this the one.
