Super OYO Flagship Alpine Glow Peak - Hotel in Hyderabad, Secunderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

I stayed here for 3 nights. Booked the hotel online through Oyo. Initial impressions were great. The room was clean and spacious. It was as described and I faced almost no problems. The AC worked well, the lighting was good and fan was working fine. The TV also worked but with only free channels. The telephone in my room didn't work but they have some alternative phone numbers so it wasn't a problem too. The staff was very good and responsive. The washroom was also clean and spacious. The shower also worked but the water pressure wasn't enough for it. Rest everything was great. The location is okay, most things are available nearby. The hotel was good value for money.

Worst property I have checked till date and I did not expect this. They charged the money for breakfast, but there was no breakfast, they did not have WiFi. The cleanliness in the room was nothing. Worst room. Don't waste your money by going here.

Worst experience... Denied for early check in even the rooms are available...made to wait outside the gate..No respect and response from staff..Bad behaviour by staff... Water leaking from AC..rooms maintenance is too worst..

The guy at the reception said there is no Wifi, however I saw a router as soon as I entered the floor and it's functioning. Felt very wierd.

This review is for breakfast. The restaurant on the first floor has a superb ambince. But they lack big time in quality of food. We took the breakfast buffet today, the spread was going out of stock most of the time. The dosa we ordered was not upto the mark at all. You guys have a very big scope if you improve service and food.

You might have read good reviews on this hotel which kind of messed up my plan. This hotel has lost its sheen now with zero hygiene with no maintenance all it matters is money be watchful if you are going with family you might be embarrassed with no cleanliness, zero customer courtesy and extremely rude staff with words like our rooms are like this and we don't have staff to clean them. Better watch out and dont get fool around. Could have rated in negative.

Average hotel not worth they charge. Poor service.

The room is really good for the price. The area is quiet and good. If you have work in that area (komapally or exam in CMRIT) then it's a good room to stay in. The only drawback I faced is that water not coming properly, it's coming super slow and you can't Take a shower. The view from window of the room is excellent. I stayed in 4th floor. Will attach an image of the view.
