Absolutely horrible experience.The staff had a problem with the room prices even though it's a part of OYO franchise itself. Anyways, it appeared that the hotel staff might have been channeling this frustration, manifesting as instances of rudeness and unwarranted entry restrictions. Won't even recommend this to my enemies ever.

The Hotel staff and OYO offered an utterly unacceptable experience. Despite confirming the reservation through OYO, upon arrival, they blatantly rejected the payment and created a highly distressing scene. It was an absolutely horrendous encounter, and I strongly caution against engaging with them under any circumstances.

Completely pathetic experience from the Hotel staff and OYO. They take the reservation from OYO but when went there, suggested we won't take with the amount done and made such scene. Completely horrible experience. Avoid at all cost.

If Negative rating possible I could give that 1. Hotel staffs has denied booking though same has done from OYO app it self and demand extra money arrogant and misbehave and threatened . 2 Dirty Rooms and far from picture shown 3 No room service 4 Not at all safe if you are travelling with family or ladies

This is one of the worst hotel I had ever seen. My booking was fully prepaid but after reaching at hotel they claimed rs. 400 extra per room. Also no power backup. During power cut hotel become dark. Also some unethical booking was their. After seeing all this Immediately come out from this hotel & book another hotel. Before 9am nobody from hotel received any calls. Main gate was locked. No facilities for waiting before checkin. Free parking was mentioned by Hotel but there was no space for Parking *Never ever book this hotel*

I would like to rate this place in minus if it could be possible. I was on a vacation as soon as I reach the team denied entry to my sister as she was a visitor secondly the had a pathetic piece of staff firstly they will do mistake amd when reported they will come and argue , I sensed a discomfort at the room as the locks where not proper and I report to that particular portal from where I booked the place then I decided to checkout within 2hours and they where creating a scene before I check out. I terms of service it was extremely bad and hygiene was not at all taken care off. The starting of my vacation was pathetic if you want to have a vacation in a peace PLEASE PLEASE don't go for this place.

Good things first. Staffs are nice and friendly. Attentive to guests. Rooms are clean and spacious. I would have given 4 star. One star less, because, they have this weird rule that if the sheets are stained. The penalty is 1000. And the sheets were not pristine for that matter. Balcony is dirty. It never was cleaned in a week it seemed.

Nice room as per the price. The room condition was also good. Its near the sum hospital.
