This hotel and the rooms in it are very beautiful and very clean..the person sitting at the reception is very nice..the food you get here is also tasty and clean..everything else is good. But one thing I have noticed In this hotel there are staffs, when the customer is in the room, these staffs start opening the gate of the room without the permission of the customer, which is very wrong because the customer is in any case in the room. happens Or the customer may be in the room without clothes, please request the hotel owner to inform his staff well, so that I or other people will not face this problem later.

Overall experience was good at this place. Hotel staff behaved like gentle person. If you have make booking at a huge discount, they will switch off the AC of your room in summer but don't have the idea about winters. But i will still recommend this to all. It was a good stay at the hotel.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, the washrooms are not hygienic and the manager is approached to cancel the Oyo bookings saying it does not include any Oyo service. Same issue faced by other costumes. The manager was responding properly.

Dear Team, This is regarding my stay in Oyo 45544 Hotel Legacy Chandigarh on 2.01.2023 & 5.01.2023 for one night each against booking ID X8WM8093 & IRRP5003 respectively with the name Jyoti Sharma. There are below mentioned points which need to be taken on concern: 1. On 2.01.2023 half of our members checked in around 12.00 at hotel. Despite showing booking ID they denied to give rooms by saying that we don't give rooms to Oyo customers. 2. After the heated argument with two persons sitting at the reception they finally alloted five booked rooms to us. 3. On 5.01.2023 we again checked in on the same hotel as booking was already done one month before and full payment was made. 4. It was 10.30 in the night on 5.01.2013 and we 14 members included all 6 females and 8 kids ( 5 girls & 3 boys) checked in and they again denied to give rooms this time also by stating the same statement that they don't give rooms to Oyo customers. 5. We have been harrassed by saying that we have to pay the actual amount of rooms charged by hotel if we want to check in. 6. Though we have already done the full payment at the time of booking but they asked us to pay double amount of room. 7. Three men were standing at the reception and using foul languages with us also asking us to leave the hotel. 8. They asked us to file a complain with Oyo as they were saying that Oyo can't do anything with them. 9. Also they asked us to file a police complain if we can, for not providing rooms. 10. This heated argument goes till 11.30 PM and they denied giving rooms to us if we fail to pay the double amount. 11. Being all females, we have left we no option and paid the double amount. 12. The amount has been paid on cash mode and also they didn't provide any receipt. 13. We have asked for the bill, they denied by saying if you want rooms than don't question us. This kind of behaviour is not at all tolerable and needs quick action I need full compensation of the amount which I have paid online and the amount which I have paid thru cash (though I don't have any receipt of the payment). You are hereby requested to look into the matter as soon as possible

Extremely poor behaviour by staff. Illiterate junks. Hotel amenities are fake half of them are not functional. Staff are very rude.. Never try to book here you will regret. And if you are with family it is a very big NO. I have personally faced tragedy here and left the hotel immediately after seeing the behaviour of staff. Again Don't go for this hotel.
