Most pathetic staff especially manager super rude, non politite no manners. Dirty rooms / full of mosquitos couldn't sleep all night. Charged extra and I would recommend don't even stay for free out there and this hotel oyo should blacklist
One of the pathetic hotel ever visited under the brandship of OYO.The hotel isn't safe for family.The room pictures are contradictory to what has been shown.The bedsheet where stained with blood,body fluid and what not.The room where stinky and we asked to get the bedsheets changed or room changed which never happened even after waiting for 30minutes.We moved out of the garbage at night itself and had to search for a better hotel.Extremely unpleasant experience.
The Bookings made via the call center has "no value" as provisioning of the room is based on the Hotel's discretion. They overbook and cancel when ever they want, with no regards to the inconvenience of the client. Rooms are pathetic and sub standard. Hotel staff behave as they want with no respect to the clients.
They charged extra to check into the room apart from the prepaid booking amount. Rooms were not worth the price. No amenities were provided. The only good thing was there was power and water supply available round the clock.
Tv not working ac no cooling oyo price 800to999 but when you go there you have to pay 300rs extra price not matter but rooms not worth for that price
These basterds just take bookings via Oyo to interact customers, once you reach there they will say the don't take online booking and will ask you for unreasonable price. Even there behaviour is very rude, they will talk you linke you owe them some money.

Hotel management charged high amount when compared to oyo app. When i have asked they told that rooms are not available. When i pay high amount they have provided room.
