I recently stayed at a hotel, and it was a truly disappointing experience. The maintenance of this place is deplorable. Almost everything in the room was either broken or in a non-working condition. To make matters worse, cockroaches were a constant presence, crawling everywhere, which is beyond unsanitary. The bedrooms were extremely uncomfortable, with lumpy mattresses and worn-out furnishings. Adding to the frustration, the doors in the rooms wouldn't close easily, compromising both safety and privacy. I strongly advise against staying here unless you have no other options. It was a dismal and uncomfortable stay that I wouldn't wish upon anyone.

Location is good,peaceful and devotional near Sri Shirdi Sai Baba's and my Sri Anjaneya Swamy's ancient temple ! Rooms are neat and clean and service is also good ! Staffs are very polited !

Mediocre experience, Rooms are good They will turn off the ac at midnight and tell you that it isn't working. No proper hot water facility. The food here is good but the food timing isn't. The 2 stars given are for, 1. Decent rooms 2. Good food

Took 2 rooms. Specifically asked for geyser and they assured geyser is working fine. However geyser was not working in both rooms and had to take hot water in bucket from nearby room, both at night and morning,which just got vacated. We personally took the water and the room service never bothered. They opened the room and left for us to take water. The room is little old as to the pictures posted online.

Worst ever service. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone! They only know how to keep the rooms dirty

When I reached at the reception counter of the hotel, there was a small rush as it was the time of check in. Still the receptionist completed the formalities very quickly and an attendant was allotted to me for leading to the room. When I departed in early morning, they helped me for getting a taxi. It was very cool to stay this hotel.

Denied check-in, although booking was done in advance. 100% payment was done. They wanted us to shift to another property saying that they don't have rooms available. Pathetic experience. Do not trust.

First, I had to wait for more than 1 hour (even after mentioning my check-in time), that too well beyond 2 PM. Then, asked to pay extra money almost 80% more than the booking amount, otherwise room will not be alloted. Very poor services and behavior of staff. Plasters coming out from walls in the room. Water leakage from AC. Dirty and poor quality bedding material. No toiletries and drinking water was provided. Further, breakfast was complimentary but they asked to pay extra. Paid for almost over breakfast. Restaurant on the ground floor looks like a dharamshaala. Finally, don't go to this hotel. Worst you can dream to get.
