Super OYO Alpine Glow Crest - Hotel in Hyderabad, Secunderabad - Hyderabad, India

My brother booked two rooms and they cancelled it just before check in time after collecting the money. Totally unreliable and can put you in difficulty. Property was blaming it on Oyo. Whoever is at fault, it is the customer who suffers.

Oyo rooms are mostly no frill, bare minimum service and this one is no different. Not sure why they price it high? Located in a residential area rather than commercial. There is not even a call button or phone to dial for service.I had to ask for everything, WiFi password, drinking water, towel and soap. Though, those were only things provided.

Understaffed place. There's literally no room service given unless asked for. Rooms are fine, just average. They are sufficiently cleaned I guess but the place definitely could use some maintenance. There's no cockroaches, bugs or mosquitoes like you'd find in cheap understaffed places like these.

Rooms are clean with good comfort, but bathroom is not clean and no lock for bathroom doors.. Since guesthouse no restuarant available here..

Awesome. As everyone else said had a homely experience. Everything was good, however we've had little trouble with geezer as we were getting little very little amount of Hot water. Apart from this Everything was fantastic. Kishore at the reception completed check in smoothly. Sameer was very helpful and wonderful person. Beautiful location and nice ambience. Very good for family. Thank you.

Hotel rooms are really very good. Manager Mr Kishore and Staff Mr Sameer are very friendly, cooperative and 24/7 at our service. Private lounge for 2 rooms each with sofa set and table adds on to your room, makes us very comfortable and gives homely feeling. Overall very much satisfied and it was a recommendable stay. Felt like home. Amazing place to stay at the heart of Hyderabad. Metro available 1km from here. Made it easy to travel around. The rooms are good, Clean and comfortable. The care-taker and owner, both are really helpful people. Loved the stay. Definitely recommended and would love to visit again.

Worst experience.don't book room through "agoda".I booked a A/C room for 550/-(with some offers) through "agoda".when I reached the hotel for checkin they said we don't provide you room at that price.i called agoda service centre and they said 'we will provide another hotel(non A/C)(or) cancel your booking'.i don't have that much of time to argue with them.i requested the hotel management and paid an extra amount of 450(total 1000/-). Still the management not confirmed the booking.they said if your booking cancelled in agoda you have to check out the room immediately.again I called the agoda CC and said don't cancel my booking.they said ok.
