Super OYO 19811 Abc Residency - Hotel in Srinagar - Srinagar, India

Bad experience. We booked room for 1300 including breakfast and when we reached there, the hotel staff refused to give room to us and asking more money. After giving 1500 more, they admit us. Rooms are not as shown in photos. They are not hygienic and bad smell from market.We spent 1000 rupees for taxi from Srinagar to this hotel. This one locates inside a market. Not good ambience. Not recommended at all

Rooms are good with enough amenities. Hotel is in a very good location. Wifi coverage is not good in many spots. Cleaning of rooms, change of wet towels, replenishing the toiletries, etc. are below par. Either OYO or the hotel won't give proper invoice for the stay if you book via OYO. If you need the invoice for your stay then keep this in mind.

Centrally located near jahangir chowk Iqbal park area in the market , 4 story building (without lift), Neat &clean small room with non working small TV, 24 HR hot water. Good food served in restaurant only.

The problem is they gave me expired soaps. The location is quite good and central, safe as well. Very close to Lal Chowk and walkable to the market area. The rooms are budget and decent, and good for stay. They have good running hot water and the washroom is clean as well

This hotel is located close to Lal chowk Market and is close from the srinagar airport as well. The owner Mr. Younis Wani is a very helpful and supportive person and well mannered. The tariff of the room is very reasonable and the food served is also very delicious. The staff ( Malik and Mohnish) are really well behaved and services offered are great. Would truely recommend this stay for pocket friendly trips.

Excellent stay and clean rooms, fast service, staff was good, at proximity to airport, marketHotel rooms were clean, food was good, staff was courteous specially Malik bhai. Location was near to dal lake and airport and in between market. Overall our stay was quite good because of the hotel.. totally recommend it to everyone who is coming to kashmir.

best budget hotel in perfect location..everything was just awesome. all the staff were very helpful and supportive. specially the owner and his son mr. younis. u can blindly trust on them.2 things.nn1) hotel have got good wifi facility; which is not mentioned in the website. nn2) i booked the hotel with breakfast included in my booking but during check out i was charged for it. as per the owner it was an issue with other people also. error from website side.

Excellent neat and clean ambience nice food staff and management very cooperative.. highly recommended
