Sunshine yoga studio has been a very good experience. Harshita ma'am is an excellent teacher and most importantly very approachable and friendly. Yoga here has always been very pleasant and positive because of the different varieties of activities we do on a daily basis. Definitely recommended.

Sunshine Yoga Studio is a place for people who want to practice yoga in depth. The best thing about the Studio is the Coach, Harshita Ma'am watches each and everyone's progress and specially the form is well observed by ma'am, very low chance of getting injured. The Studio is in a very well communicated place, it is just 10metres away from the bus stop.

Sunshine Yoga Studio and our teacher Harshita was a game changer for me in 2022. I joined in April 2022 having never practised yoga before and now after more than 9 months of almost consistent practice I can feel the difference in me; both physically and mentally. Very nice and even if we do Yoga in group, Harshitha gives individual attention to each of us keeping our age and medical issues in mind. This is very encouraging and makes one feel very comfortable. I am very happy with Harshita as my trainer.
