The beauty of the entire place is completely different in the evening. Shree murudeshwar temple, Raja gopura, statue of lord Shiva, the beach and the sunset altogether makes it a wholesome experience. It's really a wonderful place to spend time with your family. The sunset point is easily accessible to the tourists visiting shree murudeshwar temple. Lots of hotels and restaurants and located nearby to stay or to have food.
It's bueaty full place to visit and enjoy with team like friends or family, Udupi, murudeshwar and gokarna is my favourite places for beach activity, I wish everyone take a blessing and enjoy

This is a beautiful place to view sunset..Usually most of the tourist dont know about this and they just go to the beach..You have climb a lot of stepa..and also the roas to walk and reach here is uphill kind off..But the view is so good..you can see the never ending beach and the broken bridge which looks magnificiant in the evening
Peaceful place and can play as it's not crowded.. Can see few people in weekends, but in weekdays the whole of beach will be for you. If you're visiting early in the morning, you can find locals fishing here and evenings will be calm...
This has been a great experience in this cafe this is literally in front of the temple it has great views and great service. It's a highly recommended place.
It is such a heavenly place perfectly destined for relaxation. Rooms were well maintained. Service was excellent from Mr Santhosh and family. Went with a one year old kid and was able to manage the things quite well with their support.Best place to h

Temple is on sea shore. Definitely a must visit temple at least once. The Shiva statue & Gopurum here is very huge and beautiful. There is an artificial cave under the statue which has the story of the Murudeshwar temple depicted in sculptures.
