I had the worst experience ever. Untrained staff member pour boiling water on my shoulder on attempt to giving steam during facial. I have got mark on my shoulder. It could have been even worst if it would have fallen on my face. I would have to suffer lifetime because of the scar. They don't even know proper steps of facial. Even though my hairs were coming onto my face while they were massaging, they did not bother to put a band on my hair which is the first step to do. After i asked then only they provided one that too was very loose. They weren't even giving steam and scrapping the black heads and white heads. For that also i had to remind them to use steamer. And instead of bringing stand steamers they brought hand steamer. They didn't even know how to use it which resulted in burning my shoulder. I wish I could give 0 stars to them. Very unprofessional and untrained staff. I'll highly recommend all to please check all the tools by your ownselves before letting others to take care of yourself. I've been to many spa and salon, like delounge, vlcc and many other small ones as well in jamshedpur as well as in bangalore. But never have i had such worst experience. Spa is meant for relaxation and I've got trauma out of it.

Everyone is very well-spoken, great ambiance and services provided are absolutely luxurious and brilliantly done. Amit did a fabulous job on my hair!! A lot of care and caution was involved in taking care of my needs. Worth every penny you spend here. Definitely gonna visit again

Where should I start from and where should I end to! Have been coming to Looks from last 13 years..! Have almost used all the services and I can vouch for the staff efficiency and product knowledge! The entire team is highly qualified and fab in their work!

I visited this salon on 12th Dec 2021 for my 3 years old Son's first haircut, staff is good and curtious. I had a good experience overall, they know their job well. However, I am still giving them 3 star because this salon is located at a prime location with ample parking space but lacks the premium feel, it's not maintained very well. Ambiance will definitely disappoint one, but like I said ther services are over all good.
