Dr. Sunetra's clinic is one of the best physiotherapy and rehab clinics one could find in Pune. She has extensive knowledge of biomechanics, exercise and sport physiology, injuries and is really good at making structured & enjoyable rehab programmes so one recovers as soon as possible and improves strength & functioning further. The treatment is one-to-one, patients are given adequate time to explain their problems, and the programme is then tailor-made, depending on the individual patient's need and physical ability, ensuring a flexible routine. All in all, it makes for an extremely simple to follow, yet effective rehab programme, as I experienced for shoulder as well as knee Injuries, ensuring that recovery is attained well before time. Highly recommended! UPDATE: December 4th, 2021: Underwent knee surgery: ACL reconstruction. December 4th 2022: Finished the full (42.2Km) Pune International Marathon, having undergone rigorous post surgery rehab and strengthening under the guidance of Dr. Sunetra. The marathon wouldn't have happened without her expertise and endless help.
I was taking treatment under Dr Sunetra Bafna when I had injured my wrist. Undoubtedly she is one of the best physiotherapists. She is very gentle, caring and understanding. Gave me proper treatment and guidance. I would highly recommend her!
Had shoulder pain due to Badminton. I was recommended physiotherapy by doctor. It was very through and detail explaining sessions about each and every muscle in shoulder as well as ultrasound theropy for quicker healing. Strengthing excercises suggested with my work routine in consideration. It took around 3 weeks for shoulder to heal. Now back to playing with full strength. Definately recommend.
