Summit Lillium Hotel & Spa - Hotel in Kalimpong - Kalimpong, India

We had an incredible stay with Summit Lillium for 2 nights. I'd like to Thank all the restaurant and house keeping staff for attending to us , so very politely and professionally. The house keeping uncle was such a gentleman. We dined at the hotel, top quality food and snacks. I'd like to give 100/100 for the taste, quality, presentation for every meal we ate. Breakfast was complimentary and it was above 5 star standard. They had set menu and because of less number of guests they didn't have the buffet , nevertheless, whatever we ordered was TOP Quality. The rooms are spacious, 24 hours hot water facility and you have everything you need in a modern hotel . There was no balcony for individual rooms but not to miss, the view from the room is breathtaking. It's located in a very peaceful location, a little ahead of the noisy town. Cabs are easily available from the hotel itself. If like to thank everyone from Kalimpong Lillium family for making our stay comfortable and pleasant.

The hotel is well decorated. Inside ambience is also good. Rooms are awesome. Food quality and taste is undoubtedly beautiful. This is why Summit Hotels are so lovable.

Got room at 2nd floor, there was bad odour coming from the entire floor and it was there for our whole stay of 2days. Bathrooms are not well ventilated, hence the bad smell stays inside. Gyser and intercom was not working, after reporting to reception they sent help. Room service is quick. As there were less guests, breakfast/dinner was not served as buffet, instead they provided some set menu. However, the food quality was very bad. South Indian dishes are worst, they even couldn't cook poha properly. Rooms are clean overall, but could be more cleaner, as there were dusts, under the bed, table, on the desks. Overall, at this price, it is not at all recommendable. There are better options nearby at same rate. It is like a 2.5 star property. Approach road is also narrow and on uphill. Market is 2km away.

Excellent stay in this hotel in our Diwali Holidays .Rooms are very cozy.We selected two premium rooms . Mountain view is mind blowing from those Rooms.Wash Room is very clean with modern amenities.Tarrif is very reasonable with such kind of amenities. Hotel is situated 2 km away from market area in cool and calm place.Room serive is very promt and they are very polite in words.We will recommend it to everyone and looking for stay again in future.

This summit property is one of the two properties in kalimpong. The reception area here which is the ground floor is technically the 3rd floor. Excluding 5-6 rooms on this floor, all other rooms including view rooms are on the underground. The hotel is nicely decorated, staffs here are well mannered. Dinning area on reception floor has a nice view of mountains with a large spread of buffet. Rooms here are big and properly cleaned and room service also cleans it daily. The only problem is the main market is a few kilometre from here, so you walk down to get there

Awesome hospitality and service! Each and every staff is very well trained and well behaved, we would definitely recommend this hotel to all for a soothing holiday experience. The view from restaurant as well as mountain view rooms were dazzling. We were given rooms of choice as per availability and toiletries provided were of very high quality. Only thing missing was a lift for lower levels and proximity to shops or market you need to have a two wheeler or car at service if you want to visit somewhere out of hotel. Very cordial staff. Fully equipped rooms and hygienic environment maintained at every spot. No extra charges for child.

Rooms have dampness, but their service is top class. Location wise, it is more in a secluded place. Kalimpong usually doesn't have good hotels in the market area. All the good hotels are far away. The view from the restaurant at Summit Lilium is breathtaking.

Very good experience, the welcome we received, the room service we good. Recommend this place for stay and the view from the hotel is mesmerizing. Worth staying.
