Sumathy Hospital - Hospital in Viluppuram - Villupuram, India

Guys don't prefer this hospital especially for delivery related treatment. For C Section they are charging 80000 rs. Even if you have medical insurance you have to pay 50000 for delivery. This is my personal experience I'm sharing. They are not waiting for normal delivery, they will urge you for C section by threatening us. This is happening in this hospital. I have discussed with some of the patients who are admitted for delivery. Every one is saying that doctor preferred for C section only. Better avoid this hospital.

Worst experience I had here. Only single doctor is available. Money minded doctor. They are not trying to normal delivery. Expecting ceserian. They having token system also. If they have 200 tokens per day also single doctor handling. You need to spend whole day to consult doctor. Doctors also not experienced. Not listening you problems clearly.

Dr.Mary Punitha madam has been a thorough professional throughout our visit during pregnancy. She listens and advices with what is actually required. If you ask something you will get satisfactory answer. We never got extra expensive tests from her which were not needed. And for us it was a normal delivery under her supervision. Thank you once again Mam.

I went to this hospital since many suggested it as good in Villupuram. But, Single Doctor handles consultation and scan for more than 150 pregnant women in a day... It's a long waiting process for the whole day... Dr does not have time to listen to us... They does not give bill for the money we pay for scan, Doctor fees, Delivery fee. They does not explain anything properly. They does not have hot water in bathroom when we are admitted for delivery inspite of charging lumpsum money. In other private hospitals after delivery, the nurse will bath the baby till we return home but here they do nothing. After c section, the mother's stitch will be removed and will be asked to take bath to ensure everything is safe with the stitch. But here, they do nothing till we return home and then ask us to visit hospital in a week to remove stitch and charge separately for that. Many Dr suggest to wear belt only 6weeks after delivery but she suggest to wear from 2nd week. They didn't teach exercise to do after c section and what are the do's and don'ts after c section. Clearly the hospital is money minded. I am not happy with my delivery experience hear. I will not suggest this hospital for anybody. Pls don't go.

Very Good hospital with all facilities and maintenance. Money money money. All you need is lot of money for small problems. You have to take all blood test, scans unnecessarily before treatment. Doctor will not listen to your problems at all, just hear initial issues from you and give treatment. Doctor will say whatever she wants to say and you have to come out after that. She doesn't listen even if you ask any questions. Nurses will take you out and aks you to buy medicines and that's it. Really worst experience ever. Medicine costs are 2 to 3 times higher than other places. Please dont go, and waste your time and money. All waste.

Treatment is good but nurse and staffs behaviour is worst. They all are sitting around and talking uneccessarly.In injection room there behaviour is worst they cant respect the patients. In ortho doctor staff are doing partiality with patients they not allow by token they giving important to well known peoples such an worst behaviour I have ever watch like this. But treatment is excellent.And in x-ray room that man behave rude with patient he is not handle properly he hurting others.

Very bad administration here not followed token wise to send the person. Swipe out ur put token system in ur hospital.... U must developed systems
