Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital - Hospital in Viluppuram - Villupuram, India

this 1st time I'm visiting this hospital. but I had very disappointed. Doctor he didnt maintain proper communication with me and also he did hurry burry consultantion and he didn't give properly explain what he diagnosed and especially sister who stant with doctor she treated like very rude. additionaly one thing if something will check or consulting with doctor need to provide that reports it is basic. but they didn't provide even though I asked with them. then how can I come to know what happened to me. I totally disappointed. Waste of money and time. Worst experience

The hospitalisation and treatment are very good.but the consulting fees and other charges are little high for middle class people like me.please atlest cut off the gst fees from patience is very useful,because government not get big income with hospitalisation

I personally had good experience in this hospital, very patient and kind. And mostly am satisfied with my vision now!!

Because of a 4.9 star and 6,956 Google reviews, we went this hospital. But most of the reviews are fake done by hospital. Patients ID: 178248/23 The optologist did a vision test, then they send us to Doctor, Dr.Saye Sivakumaar checked my father and said "need to check his nerves, so that wait for an hour" Then nurses put drops in both eyes in between couples of times. After that Doctor checked my father and said "we need to take scans for both eyes, then only we can go for further treatment" So that we did scan for both eyes, then again Dr. checked the scan report and said "we don't have a specialist Dr. in this branch, so you can visit Chennai branch" I was disappointed If he said before doing the scan, that is fine, I can visit Chennai branch or other hospitals. we wasted Rs.4,200 for scan and paid Rs.350 for consultation fee and Rs.406 for eye drops. There is no transparency as what kind of investigation they did, they are not giving any prescription to patients. Scan report also don't have any Dr. sign, eye drops we should buy there only, because they don't give any prescription, it will passed directly Doctor to medical. Totally waste of time and money.

I visited dr.agarwal eye hospital vpm recently, they provided good hospitalized care and service.

Happy with the service. Visited the Hospital for my father's checkup and was explained clearly.

Doctor conseation is good ,but it's too pricey. Medicine cost is same as the doctor fees ,you may reduce the consultation fee

Optics side could have been better with new varieties ) and the employees were so polite and the general services are good ....
