Because Very very very worst behaviour with customers, they are not giving any attention or respect to customers. Sometimes they are treating customers like ant or something else, they are only giving respect to money, not for the person who giving that money to them. They have to understand that without customers they are nothing. We are buying gold by giving our own money, we are not getting gold for free, we have our own self respect . So treat the customers well first ...
