Very good budget friendly hotel. Good atmosphere, staff behavior superb, Rooms are good. Bathrooms are not so good as Rooms. Amrendra Babu's behavior is so helpful and polite . I think suhasita is one of the best hotel in ghatsila near railway station.
The resort is huge but very unsanitary. We booked three rooms and it was the same thing in each room and their toilet. AC wasn't working properly and kept changing its temperature automatically. We wanted to store some food and the fridge in the kitchen downstairs was broken. Even the ceiling fan in our room was making noise. However the manager was helpful regarding smooth bookings of the rooms and vehicles if we needed them. Location was also good as it was next to a park and away from the noise.
Frankly speaking, this is the absolute best place to stay in Ghatsila. Starting from a beautiful garden to a children's park, from watching trains from the verandah to experiencing cool breeze, from having a superb scenic beauty to having a very peaceful vacation, this place has got everything. This is perfect for people who are attached to old houses and love to reside in a resort that replicates their own house. The manager Mr. Amarendra Mitra is an absolute gem of a person and he is sure to guide you and help you in every way to make your stay in Ghatsila worthwhile. The food here is very good and the rooms are very neat and clean. Just in case you didn't know, this is the house of Tutu Bose ( ex Mohun Bagan footballer). Pls do come and visit here.
If you are looking for luxurious hotel, this isnt for you. But if you love garden, classic aesthetics lifestyle, simple living, there is no better place than this

Needs renovation immediately. Pathetic bathroom condition. Very poor maintenance of the entire resort. No everyday room and building cleaning at all. Parking area and the children playing garden area needs to be improved . Manager Amarendra babu a perfect gentleman and utterly helpful person. Staffs are ok n friendly. Delicious but bit costly food . Location is just awesome. Ambience is great. Power cut is a problem but generator worked properly which doesn't include AC , only lights fans charging points are included. It's a perfect homestay not a resort. But it can compete with other resorts of Ghatshila if properly maintained and the problems are rectified by the owner of the property. All the best
