They have hired a uneducated receptionist. She will ask patient to come at 9:30 am and doctor will not be available till 10:30 for any treatment. They don't know time is more important than money. I enquired even when I was paying fees at 10:03am she told doctor is there and later with a wicked smile she will say sorry Mam doctor is in rounds he will come late ? They don't refund they will charge time and money and will say have u called doctor? pls wait totally waste of time. Pathetic ppl. With over confidence. This lace is only for uneducated ppl. Such a worthless service.
On the whole the experience was good no complications at all , few complaints are on water problem in washroom which needs to be taken care of immediately & fan oh god the sound of ceiling fan is so much disturbing..other wise the service in food is a little slower given but it's manageable they provide what all food u need on that case it's nice ..service from the non staff members are also pretty good they do their work with utmost care n patience to wards the patients. Staff members as in doctors come visit in the morning 7am 9am and so on where they come check ur BP & check if anything is wrong with us health wise they make sure nothing is troubling us in any cases
Very nice atmosphere for patients. Our requests were duly taken up and helped us feel comfortable right from the beginning. The doctors are very professional and food is good too. Thank you staff
My surgery here is scheduled for septoplasty by Pristyn Care. Staff has taken good care in the overall process of surgery. Pre checks and post surgery care was really good and the nursing service as well. Not even faced any minor hassle through out the process. I recommend the hospital

I have only seen betterment of services here.the staff are so kind and ready to support you in any difficulty. Always smiling and warm. My 97 yr old father was looked after so well...tender loving care is what he received during his stay here from 5th to date!!
