One of the worst experiences I had. I booked via redbus about 6 days before the travel day. Pickup point was near Vidyapeeta. Nobody clearly informed the reporting time and I assumed departure time is the reporting time. They didn't even wait and the bus left and I had to go all the way to Race course road paying additional amount for taxi.
And the employees are all high headed, no respect for the customer.
Worst experience. I traveled couple of days back to Bangalore in route no. 55. This was my worst experience ever. Boarded the bus at 8:30 PM. Due to urgency, I literally pleaded the bus conductor to stop at around 11:30. The conductor was very rude and ill mannered, he told me they cannot stop now and if its very urgent will I can pass the urine then and there. only around 3:30 AM in the wee hours he gave us a stop. They have no respect for ladies and I will never ever recommend their services to anyone going forward.

I usually travel in Sugama. Before the service was good. Now there is a lack of proper maintenance. The seats are not clean and sleeper coach screens are not good. They need to move with the time. They need to upgrade their service as there are many compitators giving better service
The driver wasn't following lane discipline. I booked a sleeper because we have to work next day but he was way too rash and we were thrown from one corner to another. The conductor sees passengers as though he's offering us a free ride. The quality of bus is also way poor. So if you find sugama while booking please don't book no matter if it's costly book any other travels because if you'll regret like me.

Sugama has a small booking office. Normally the place is not crowded. Staff is friendly and usually they call the passengers before picking up to make sure they are at the stop and not left behind.
