#Worm in meal Subway... got a veggie delight and found a worm. Address- Celebration city center, Bopal, Ahmedabad 58 ...10/07/2021, 8pm around.Breaching customer's trust! Unhygienic standard maintained. Extremely disappointed with SUBWAY!! No action taken by subway!!!!

Worst ever subway that I have visited in Gurgaon. The bread was very hard and all the sauces were not put in the sub instead of me asking them the same. Also they did not provide the bill at first and on enquiring they immediately shared the duplicate copy of the bill. If the bill is not shared then food is free, this is the message which is written on outlet boards. But this was not followed. Also customer staff is very rude. So don't ever visit this store if you want to enjoy nice meal with family. I would have given them 0 ratings, if there was an option.

This Mall is just next door and have pretty decent footfall. Their food Court does comparatively well. I usually go their to pick up some chat from Haldiram or Subway Sandwich. Few nights back, I went to pick up Subway Sandwich at about 10 pm. The outlets were busy finishing last orders. I ordered my sandwich and was waiting for server to come out of their store and start constructing, and then I saw a huge mouse nearly the size of a cat, entering from next outlet through the ceiling ran into the back store room. I was shocked and screamed 'Jumbo mouse' while questionably looking at the server. His reaction was more shocking, yes we have few. I took the order but could not eat while thinking about this dirty big mouse and his brigade. I started in mind questioning that if it can happen in A class mall and in A grade stores like Subway, McDonald and Haldiram who boast of world class hygiene standards, they fail miserably. But as senior hospitality consultant, in my eyes PFA, FSSAI and MCG are guilty of not regularly inspecting and raising alarm on such poor hygienic condition. I am sure nearly very number of people must be getting sick eating rat infested food. I guess who cares? Certainly not Mall Management or International Food chains or Government food hygiene authorities. I can only warn my friends visiting the food court to stop going their till proper hygiene standards are certified and displayed.

One of the worst food i have ever eaten. I ordered a veggie paradise and hara bhara kabab footlong on 28th August, 2022 evening. The food was smelly and vegetables sour. I complained the restaurant server about it after 1 bite and told him about it. His reply was simply i have been selling it from morning and received no complaint. I requested him to check the vegetables and he just after touching it, told its ok. I told him, its smelly and not eatable and going to throw it. He says its not his issue and simply refused to listen or take complaint. Pl. Beware to never order the food from subway food court if you love your health.

Worst experience in service and food quality. We ordered 6 salads through zomato from this subway outlet. Two were vegetarian and 4 non-veg. There was no marking(veg/Non veg) on any box, no marking to identify which box had which chicken, sauces, toppings etc. On calling the restaurant the manager's attitude was rude. He replied that you can identify the veg/non-veg salads by just seeing the box and when we asked what about different chicken orders then he had no answer. The paneer in veg salad was stale and tasted nothing like paneer. Very bad service on part of such reputed food chain.

I ordered from this restaurant on Zomato. It was a bulk order of 6 salads and 1 sub. Upon arriving, there was no mark on food packets about the name of salads. On the top of it, there was no marking for veg/non-veg food which was really problemtic for me. I called the restaurant regarding this issue. This guy picked up the call and asked me to send the pictures of each food item and he will mark them correctly. However, food items were not at all identifiable as all of them were covered with lattuce. He said to mark them just to convince us that he is not at fault. I told him that all the items are looking exactly same, how will you identify them and individual customisations of sauces. After this he got rude tone with a message "Jo krna hai krlo me replace nahi krunga" Ultimately we end up ordering from different restaurant for vegetarian people. PS :- We first tried to complain with Zomato, but their "Artificial Intelligent" chatbots were active all the time.

No seperate section for veg and non veg. Both were serverd simultaneously. Bad experience
