Please refrain from buying from koovs, they have the most unprofessional customer care, they don't reply to mails. I received my product and they shipped the wrong product please refrain from purchasing from koovs they are just horrible most unprofessional in the market.
Please do not buy from this, they are cheaters biggest fraudsters. I ordered track suit if around 5k where only jacket came and track pant didn't delivered. First of all they took two weeks to deliver second when I tried to call them they said email them. When I emailed them they replied I didn't reported within 24 hrs. How can I if their calling system is not only working? I did emailed them and they responded late.
Now they are saying to initiate cancel request . How can I if I am not able to login. Later they will say you didn't initiated cancel request within so ans so hours.
All customers please do not buy from this website... They will. Deliver half order and then reject remaining.... I am gonna drag them to consumer court and nail these guys.

Highly unprofessional. Bought a jogger on 15 January that was never delivered to me, after a week I mailed them for the same they intiated a refund which i still haven't received. I have sent them multiple mails and they didn't even bothered to tell me the reason for cancellation. They have kept my money for more than 17 days and I'm still not sure when will i receive it.
My Order Id is 7533975, I Ordered Some Products On 21st May 2020, And I Received my order on 4th June. Firstly i Want To Say Quality of Women Clothes Is Third Class. When i put a return request on existing day i.e. 4th June 2020 for women stuff it get picked up on next day i.e 5th June. Your Support Is Poor And Even Your Marketing Skills Are also poor. What The Hell are you thinking Koovs.com. as soon as i receive my product, i initiated return request because stuff, quality of the clothes is like the stuff you are buying from cheap Sarojini Market Of NCR. Sorry to say but i have got really bad experience in shopping with you. Not even one clothe, i have initiated return for 3 clothes and 1 for exhange. And These Cheap Tricks is not gonna work here.
We've returned the product with all tags, even in same packet. So Return My Money in my bank account as soon as possible already it's too late. Customer support is also unavailable to talk right now. This Will Not Gonna work for long term if you do like this for all your customers. Amazon, Flipkart, even Snapdeal initiate any refunds in less than 3 days. You should be adopting that policy and you should change your courier team. Refund my money for all my stuff at priority basis, else I've no other options to post negative Reviews from different mobiles or i will raise a consumer court harrasment case and will provide you the docket no. Of that case if you keep using your dirty tricks with me. So i am hoping positive response from your side

My order id is 7767887, 7767872. I ordered from koovs on 26january for abt 2.7K rupees and had to cancel on the same day. Today is the 16th day and i have not received my refund. There is no option to call and the email team stopped replying after a while. It is a total scam. I will not recommend anyone to buy from Koovs.
Horrible experience with delivery agents. A lazy team. They expect you to hang around at home waiting for them all day. They don't bother calling when the parcel has arrived.
They promise you a date and time and then don't even bother keeping that up. As for the quality of items,I'll know when it is finally delivered.
Absolutely worst experience ever. I ordered something and when I realised it didn't arrive for days, I contacted koovs customer care. After constantly following up with them and them reassuring me that the order will be delivered and that they have "transferrrd it to their logistics department". I randomly checked on the app and see that the order has been returned.
And without informing me. What was your logistics department doing, sleeping? Clearly. Their customer service is just a sham to keep you hanging without ever showing you the true picture.
I ordered a dress on16th June. It is not yet delivered. It was prepaid gift for someone. No information given that it will get delayed even after escalating. Customers cannot rely for ordering on Koovs for any party. Customers have to call again and again for getting the delivery. NOT RELIABLE.
