Just a few days ago I had a very extraordinary and relaxing experience at the spa. The setting and locale were beautiful, there was nice tranquil garden setting followed by the reception where I was allowed to choose from many different options of therapeutic oils. The massage therapist Anjalu was very professional & attentive to the knots and muscle tension due to stress. Opted for deep tissue massage. The private steam room was very clean and thoughtful as well at the end of the massage. Also all staff were fully masked. Felt to be a safe and relaxing experience despite the ongoing pandemic . Absolutely recommended during a visit to Ooty.

It was amazing experience, completely relaxed after having ABHYANGA Relaxation Massage and then steam bath. The ambience was good and the Manager Nancy made us very comfortable while our visit.

Grikchi and Nancy were extremely helpful in explaining the different massage types and their benefits before booking their session. Grikchi was very adept at knowing the pressure points and did a wonderful job of helping relieve my tense muscles. The magic touch was the welcome drink and herbal tea in the end.

It was a thorough professional spa treatment, right from understanding the customer need to the execution. A real memorable experience even to a customer undergoing spa regularly. Kudos to the team - Nancy, Bensinlo & Grikchi.

The treatment was handled in a very professional and time bound manner. The staff were courteous. The rooms were maintained well and bathrooms were clean. Over all the experience was excellent.
