Location is best for this hotel. Rooms are average. If u go Friends group or bachelor's then its ok. But the room boy Rajat is awesome people. He helped each and every part. He suggested Night club, water activities and rented scotty at the cheaper rate.. Best service for him...

Good room for bachelors. We booked the room with beds for 3 individuals but 4-5 could have easily slept on them. Room has been maintained well. Bathroom is of decent quality, just that the jetspray needs a holder as it otherwise just lies on the floor. Got 3 days 2 night for 3000 and it was worth it. Polite and helpful host.

Very nice n budget friendly. Rooms are very clean n spacious. Just 500 meter walking distance from baga beach. Owner n staff are very good n friendly nature. Specially Mr. Gopal is very helpful. I forget my document during check out. He doing his best to deliver it to me. Must visit thanks.

the place is very near towards Baga beach. only 5 mintues by walk. location is awesome . i am giving 5 star for location . but the hygiene purpose and room cleaning it's not more than two . food facility not available but a restaurant is just next to the hotel. staff is good . Allow all couple , bachelor group , family . you can freely enjoy your tour with freedom and peaceful. you can freely enjoy your tour with freedom and peaceful. Staff are allways ready to solve your issue . All your need is just nearby the hotel. Only walking distance to the beach and bagas most famous Tito's lane is just opposite to the guest house.

The rooms here are affordable, very clean and tidy. The room service is also very good. The people who manage things here are very polite and kind. It is just 800 m from Baga Beach and just opposite to Tito's lane. Perfect place for people looking to stay near Baga Beach.

Good place to stay. I booked for 1 day, and it's cost me around ..Rs for 4 people. I loved it when I see it's very walkable distance from Baga beach. Our plan to visit south beaches has been cancelled so we stayed for 1 more night. We contacted owner for 2nd day stay, and he booked room for us in ..Rs. My stayed date - 31 Oct and 1 Nov, 2019 I'm giving 3 rating to this house because of check out incident and see my cons points below. #Check out incident- During check out, (lol or you can say wdf experience). their care taker checked our room and told us that we have steal the TV remote (lol) and need to pay for remote. I checked the room again with him and found that there was 1 remote but he said we have provided 2. I tried to convince him that we haven't seen TV, not aware of the TV remotes, and told him to check with room service guy if you have any or check passage camera and our luggage. But, he was not convincing type of guy, and arguing too much so I reached out to owner, they checked room again and told us we are good to go. Woooooow, wdf... They took more than half an hour of us. Who will stole the TV remotes. If anyone wants too, they will stole TV, not a remote . For tourists, if you are staying in this house. Please confirm the items, materials in the room with care taker. Or, took a photo as an evidence. Pros:- 1) Near to Baga beach, only 0.5 km, walkable distance. 2) Rooms are clean 3) Have a good parking place for 4 wheeler 4) They will provide you towel and bath soap once you check in. 5) Have a fridge, cup board, tv in rooms 6) They have provided "Chaddar" as blanket 7) Very good for Bachelors 8) AC available in my room, but we booked for non AC so they have disconnected it. Cons:- 1) Very small rooms, and not comfortable for families 2) Need to renovate the rooms. 3) Don't have trust on the person who are staying.

Location and cleanliness is good and facilities are also provided but wifi given but only after we asked. Drinking water not provided inside hotel.

Nice stay if you are looking for a budget friendly and near beach. Baga beach is only 5 min walk away.
