Peeps don't order from Pepperfry! It's a scam! The worst online store ever! I have ordered furniture online which has never arrived, I tried calling, writing messages, emails and always got the same answer "the product is delayed". After waiting for month and a half I finally went to a store where they told me the product has been damaged and it will no be delivered. They knew all along they are not intending on delivering, yet kept me waiting... the customer care was pathetic too... I got answers from the representative such as "that happens when you order online, that's why you should come to place order here." Or "go talk to peepperfry" - an employee of pepperfry actually said that! The worst experience ever.

My experience with pepperfry was amazing. Coming from mumbai and shifting to goa was not easy. We have a particular standard of living in mumbai and wanted something very classy for our house in goa. Pepperfry meets all our needs and would like to make a special mention for Raju who helped us so much to make this experience smooth and fruitful
