Strive Fitness Studio - Gym in New Delhi - South, India

I am extremely impressed with Strive Fitness Gym! The gym is equipped with top-notch facilities, and it's impeccably clean. The staff is incredibly friendly, and Mr. Rahul, in particular, has been an outstanding trainer. His constant motivation has been instrumental in keeping me on track. The owner is also very amiable. The overall ambiance and vibe of the gym are simply awesome. Highly recommend Strive Fitness Gym for a great workout experience!

I had taken membership for 6 months in this gym and I think this was my big mistake. I was 70kgs and wanted to loose wait.But the trainers here only ask for PT and just keep staring girls sitting from one corner without helping any one.The equipments in the gym are not maintained properly.There are no extra classes for yoga or cardio which was informed to me at time of admission.I was also not given any schedule to follow on my own because the trainers will not take care of you if do not taken PT. Walls in the gym are BLACK in color,paint chipping out, low lights,no energetic music playlist made my workouts more depresseing.I gained more weight and started coming in the evening,Naveen is good atleast than morning trainers.My membership is over now and I am so relieved ,I think this gym is waiting to die it's own death some day. Very bad experience here.

Being associated with one of the best gyms in this area is truly a privilege. The staff and trainers here offer genuine support, with Mr. Rahul standing out for his high motivation and exceptional workout plans. Serving as a marvelous mentor and trainer, he has consistently guided me to achieve the best results. Highly recommended..!!

I m sharing my experience through condition of this gym,hope this says it all about the level of this gym.Still you want to join it's your wish and money.Be assure you would regret coming here.

Excellent gym facility, very good quality equipments including lockers and steam showers Gym trainers Manish kumar, bhushan, Rahul and Naveen and Narayan Bhaiya are really helpful with everything.

The gym offers a range of activities which diversify the general atmosphere of the fitness studio. The equipment is well maintained and up to the mark, cleanliness is duly kept. The space, however is a con as it is limited and on days a lot of people turn up it's a bit of a confused situation. The trainers, most of them, are only centred around their personal training clients. To summarise: omitting the two cons mentioned above, rest is all fine and happens to be a good choice in the area.

This gym certainly not deserves to be in South Delhi.I was not given any assistance from trainer like Manish who lacks fitness knowledge,keeps sitting in 'Shighasan'not ready to help Anyone.Does not smile or ask about any exercise schedule of member and can leaves everything to go for his fix meal breaks .He even does not bother about who is doing what, just keep sitting doing nothing. New member like me were just left on floor without any help as no trainer comes to check my exercise form. They wait for any serious injuries to happen this gym. Rahul Kumar is "I don't trainer" who always says" I don't know" for everything. Owner is too happy to be away from his own gym not bothered to take any new initiatives (outdoors or indoors ).No question is asked from trainers about their performance output. No communication or feedbacks taken from the members to improve. Actually all doors of communications are closed for feedbacks. More attention is given only to PT clients and all other members are again and again pushed to take PT. Gym is a shabby place,I will highly NOT recommend ANYONE to join this gym.No respect for members after paying so much money here.

All fake reviews given to make public fool hiding the worst quality of this local gym. Members are not given any help with uncertified trainers Manish ,Rahul and Bhushan sits outside every time,pass time not interested in any member.All staff and owner Saransh is very egoistic .Especially Girls are not safe in this gym ,beware of going there ,you will regret it ,your money will be a total waste .
