Two months ago I started taking personal training classes from Master Jeedev for to stay active and Lose weight . I didn't come with any expectations, but the training truly amazed me a lot and got me interested in working out I am so motivated here and it also inspires me alot :) The training keeps me engaging and maintaining a healthy workout routine. Especially, Thanks to Master Jeedev for being an amazing coach and one of the best personal training coach . Mr.Jeedev is friendly and takes the time to focus on his students to improve their skills. Not only skills but also He keeps on motivating us in every part of time so This classes have helped me to come out of my comfort zone and improve self confidence. Definitely recommend to people who requires individual training.

I am not regular on my workouts after my pregnancy, I had put on weight which is 10ths more to my ideal weight, whatever I do coming to working out on my body nothing worked and if it worked also I used to get lazy after some time with my tight schedule of work. After enrolling myself under Jeedev sir I can see difference in me being active, attending workout classes regularly, having walking sessions or some other way working out and keeping my self life and active. Jeedev master is an excellent and Knowledgeable coach, he conduct personal training for me and kickboxing training for my kids from last year. I could feel the difference in the strength and stamina. Provide custom workout based on the individuals.
