My experience at STHIRA SCHOOL OF YOGA Far exceeded my expectations. Every detail of the course is so thoughtfully applied. Sudhir and his wife Veena share their wisdom with love and kindness. Laura's teaching skills were unbelievable and she was so approachable, I learnt so much from her and will keep in touch. Charan taught us ashtanga and so much more. The accommodation was super clean and really lovely and as for the food, well every mouthful is pure heaven and plentiful. I will definately do another course with Sidhir and his team. JOY IS MY NATURE AND SMILE IS MY BIRTH RIGHT!!! Resonates with every part of you when you leave. This was an amazing, life transforming course. Thankyou Team Sthira xx
Sthira Yoga School is set in a beautiful location with excellent facilities and food. The 200 hour yoga course was fantastic and the teachers were all fab! I brought my partner and two year old along and they were made to feel incredibly welcome and thoroughly enjoyed their stay too. I would most definitely recommend anyone considering taking part in a yoga teacher training course to not look any further!

I did the 200hrs Teacher Training at Sthira Yoga School and I had a wonderful time there which I will never forget! The location is amazing, the food is delicious and everybody is so helpful and kind. Words are not enough to describe my experience in this TTC with Sthira School. I came to learn and deepen my practice, to find true connection and be immersed in nature... I received all of this, and so much more. I finally processed some emotions that had been holding me back for a long while, and I experienced a joyful and renewed enthusiasm for studying. I felt safe, supported and encouraged at all times. The knowledge that was shared with us is not only important and essential for the path of one day becoming a teacher, but also for our every day life. I will treasure all of this in my heart and I will keep studying, keep trying to understand, with a renewed smile that comes from within. Sudhir, Veena, Nathalie, thank you for everything!

I joined the 60hours Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra Teacher Training in October 2022. It was a great experience. The teachers are very dedicated and inspiring. There is no doubt all of them have a great knowledge about the subjects they are teaching, and makes it understandable for all students. The place we stayed is beautiful and peacefull, our own little paradis. Huts are big and nice with a porch. The food is delicius with a big breakfast and 3-course dinner - best kitchen in Goa I think. I will come back for more courses/teacher training. I can highly recommend Sthira Yoga School for both new and experienced students
I am so grateful for my time at Sthira Yoga School! I completed my 300 hour Advanced Teach Training with some of the most incredible teachers. Sudhir and Veena have created such a wonderful program and I highly recommend to anyone considering.
