Gym is well equipped tidy and trainers are well trained, they customize diet plans and also the workouts depending upon the individual.Rojin Watson my trainer makes workout fun and weight loss goal seem easy with him, he always motivates me when i dont feel like hitting the gym. Motivation is waht required to keep you going thank you Rojin and i highly recommend this place.

This is a fantastic gym!! They take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at.I am a 50 year old, and overweight. I really like how the trainer ,Rojin Watson , helped me with my fitness. I've been going for a few weeks and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels, flexibility and overall stamina, and I've also been able to lose 2kg. It's a great place to workout, and it's never too late to start your fitness journey.
A wonderful place u practice taekwondo and my master praveen very kind hearted person and use to treat us as his own brothers and sisters and teaches us many things . We are very excited to go to taekwondo on time and enjoy the class and feels eager to learn more things.
