A very good hotel near Dharamshala. My room had a beautiful view of the snow capped mountains. The facilities in the room are good. Room service is good. Has a good food menu as well. Happened to be in the hotel on new year's eve and they organized a good new year's eve party. Would definitely recommend for stay.
Good Hotel with a good place to stay in high price. Do not compare as a resort . It's a very good place for nostalgia. Very old building, with less maintenance. Those who looking for a out of city stay, perfect choice. Area is good, other stay options are available nearby. May consider that as best. Cost wise high. It's describes as a three star property. But it's only in Christmas time we think. May be Christmas stars. Good staff and food served. Nothing to complain on them. As the management have to think and revise strategy.
A very simple small place. don't expect luxury but it's comfortable and cozy with all basic amenities. enjoyed fully due to the company we had. Roof top is very good in the evening. Preorder bonfire on the roof top. Restaurant and food is good (No luxury) CAUTION: Horrible Spa. I had to leave in between.
A small resort with a clear water stream in its backdrop. We had booked two guest rooms and our experience was of sterling standard with good maintenance and service. The rooms even had a balcony. The holiday activity manager agreed to organize a karaoke event just for us, which was a really good gesture. The backdrop of the resort features a stream, which is a great place to be during sunset. Overall, I highly recommend the place.

Fantastic location with hill facing and river facing rooms. Can walk down to the river from the back gate. Very friendly staff. Very good quality food served. Holiday activity centre will help the kids spend time while at the resort. Equipped with board games, table tennis, badminton, ball games, hopscotch air hockey. Tour packages available including tracking. Adventure activities available including paragliding. Would definitely recommend for a weeks stay.
We stayed here for one day on the second floor attached to terrace. Pros - view from terrace. Cons - room was in very bad condition. Overall property was in ruins. Food is barely eatable. Not at all up to the standard of other sterling properties. They need to maintain this property otherwise it will soon be avoided by everyone.
