Worst Hospital in Jamshedpur. Never answer calls on the reception. In case of emergency they will say that we are not responsible, u can call the doctor from which u have taken treatment. When we try to contact doctor, they also never receive the calls. Although the surgery was done in this hospital only, they denied to help in case of emergency. In case of emergency you can't rely on this hospital. They are greedy and just want money. My mother was discharged on 3rd July, but till date they have not refunded my security deposit money, which they promised to refund within 15 days of discharge. I would give 0 rating or even negative rating to this hospital.

I felt this is more business minded hospital. Everytime doctor will see you in a day , he will charge you, even it's for few seconds. Personal cabin along with AC is costly (4000 per night). TV given in the cabin was not working. Bedsheets were dirty but they will change it if you ask them to do so. House keeping who comes for cleaning , asks for tip everytime even after charing 4000/ night .

Worst place to get treated..they will charge you for token price but will not tell when doctor will be available..even attendant of doctor is rude and behaving as if she is the owner of the place..busy on phone demeaning hospital and if asked any questions will not revert back...bad experience

I was their to consult Dr. Rawat from Orthology Department. Though the doctors are experienced but the medicine they will just kill you from inside. My mother was having a knee pain then but now due to the medicine recommended it has effected her kidney
