Steamy Moktu - Asian fusion restaurant in Siliguri - Jalpaiguri, India

Tried this cozy restaurant after reading a lot of good reviews online. However I left a little disappointed . The food is decent but nothing to rave about. It's a lot on the spicier and oiler side, maybe to cater to the taste palate of the majority. Ordered 4 different items and they all tasted the same. Didn't want to order anything else as I am sure they would have tasted the same . On the brighter side, Service is polite, quick and thoughtful. They charge you extra for packing leftovers and for the carry bag as well which is again a big downside . For the quality of the food i would have to say the prices are a bit on the higher side. Maybe a premium to pay for a restaurant located at a mall. Go here if you like the kind of cuisines they serve which are way spicier and oliy then they are originally meant to be.

I write this review without any hesitation and assure you that it's one of the best restaurants in Siliguri for those who love Nepali, Tibetan Dishes. Must try dishes are Jhol Momo, Tingmo/Shapta, Falay, Pork ribs, Kimbab, Pork Momo ..... Highly recommend for our Nepali Taste Buddiesssss

Food was amazing, quality of food was pretty good. I had Bangkok Noodles with Egg, while my friends had something in chicken. The bill was above Rs. 1000, so we can say fairly over Rs. 350 per head.

Well known for serving the best Asian food in the town. Nepali jhol momo, Steamed Chicken momo, Spicy chicken ramen is the best. I find Chicken Kim Baap a little spicy. But hands up for the service and maintaining authenticity

The ambience is good, so is the food. I just love all their items. I love to eat here because they know how to please there guests tummies.

We went for lunch and wanted to try out some new asian dishes. So we selected one Katsu Ramen from today's special menu and rest from the normal menu and the rest from the normal menu. to be honest Food quality is ok. I've tried pork in other restaurants in Siliguri and Kolkata, but sad to say pork item from this place comes to the last of the list. One item That Rames was good enough and the others is ok. So overall, I think food quality is not worth the money. And I won't suggest someone to go n tryout some new dishes.( Except momo, which is always good arround hee in Siliguri) So, Finally It's ok, but mot worth the money, I'll say

My most favourite place, where ever time I visit feels like day one. The food is awesome, service is excellent and atmosphere is beautiful as well.. I am never afraid to try something new here as they always present me something so delicious that I am confused whether to repeat the dish or try something new the next time.. Do visit here to experience some unique flavours and dishes. Cannot suggest something in particular as I have tried most of the dishes and I love them all.. Every thing is so uniquely delicious that I can never choose..

This is one of the must go to place I need to and have to visit when I'm in Siliguri. I love everything about it . And the spicy ramen is splendid!!!!
