Saturday 13th May: (Rated 2 Star) While I am happy with the purchase of my DB11 Exercise bike and the initial service, the AMC support and service has been a disaster. It been over 10 days now that the technician dismantled the bike for repair and has not returned. I have called in around 5 times now and no one seems to confirm an exact date on which the bike can be serviced and reassembled. This is not good, considering a Customer needs to go through this much trouble, after subscribing for AMC. They need to really work on Customer satisfaction. Quite disappointed. I may not opt for the AMC service next time. Monday 15th May (Happy and rating 4 star) I have finally got my bike serviced, but sadly had to walk up to the branch and meet the Service lead in person. Extremely satisfied with how Mr Abinesh handled the matter. He was polite, professional, but more importantly was able to expedite the technician visit and get the work done. Kudos to him. Not rating 5 star, because all of this could have been avoided if there was a better communication on the matter to the Customer. Also, Shout out to the technician, Nagraj. Very adept and serviced the bike within 15 minutes.

Service was good. Incline function is not working and I was told Incline motor has struck and no replacement available. What is the point in paying for warranty services when parts are not available? Should have informed before getting the warranty covered?

Gym is very spacious and it has plenty of equipments as stay fit itself deals in equipments. Trainers are also good.

Technicians Nagaraj and Bharat serviced our equipments very nicely.Ms.Sumalatha was also very helpful.Great service.

Mr. Jagadish is our regular service engineer from Stayfit. He is very professional and knowledgeable on the services of stayfit product ranges. 5 ***** star rating for Jagadish service. But please note that the original machine was a completely defective and with several follow ups the equipment was finally repaired at free of cost, the machine down time was almost 4 months in a span of 11 months. So please be extremely careful and cautious while buying a new equipment from stayfit show rooms. The sales people do nothing but cheating job while selling the products. ( Hosur road show room)
