She is damn friendly . I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazingly fit when I leave. The classes conducted by Tapasi Ma'am is incredible...Everytime I get to learn new workouts..To add on, the yoga sessions really helps in relaxing the muscles. Extremely happy about the decision of joining this institution.
