Very poor service For all the employees. 3 days are pending my query still not resolved sach a bed
Extremely disappointed and disturbed by behavior of managerial staff Ms DHARA MAKWANA for a nominal work like doing a customer's kyc. My fault as a customer was i hold my account in another branch of SBI within the city. She was hell bent on not doing her designated work and eventually she did it reluctantly because of my persistence. This is the reason people like Ms DHARA MAKWANA are tarnishing the good name of a previously reputed bank like SBI. I regret my decision to visit this truly non professional branch. Very good very large Public sector bank, located in a place having narrow width and hence look often heavily crowded and still offering better service to customers. Located on main road towards Vastrapur lake, easily accessible and can be seen even in traffic. ATM is located by bank side in a separate shop.
State Bank of India, SBI, Vastrapur Branch. All the staff members are very much cooperative and helpful in nature. There is also an ATM where you can do your banking 24*7. Overall, good bank.
Everything are good just not punctual on time. You guys need to take care of customer's time because they are not doing government job like you.
