Do not put your money in atm deposit machine. I deposit my money and do not credit in my account. And bank staff is not given any solution about this problem. So I suggest please close your account in this branch or change your branch as soon as possible.

Too slow in work. Only two table available for query solve. Not worry about the customer. Just spending time. They don't care about long ques.. Need to add at least 4 more tables..

there staff is very bad like sbi govt bank, i have one policy by some person, not want infort name , but how can they my policy auto debit in yealy not know,very very much bad experience

Horrible pathetic worse bank and there staff Very rude and does not not know how to behave ...they just say rudely don't ask me about this and that go and ask head office Mumbai...bad experience inspite being icici account holder for more than 5 years

Very bad experience. I always faced all the cash deposite machines are down. The security guards behavior are horrible and not supported . Bank official numbers are also not listed.

Worst's service by Keval Jain at Maninagar branch for NRI Accounts new debit card request, I submitted all required documents same day, Since last 2 week's waiting for my debit card but no response yet, he never updates me anything, I think so he didn't bother to me, I'm not able to use my own money without debit card during my holidays because of bank Staff provided this kind of service, Never visit again this branch if they provide service, not recommended to anyone else too.

Wrong UPI transaction on 12 th June done by me. From 20 th of June I am contacting at place and twice visited, till I have not received my money back. It's going to 2 months. I don't know what's the matter. I am not satisfied with their service.

Very poor service. Waiting for my loan account query and since last one hour not a single customer is served. Very lazy and idle people serving in this branch.
