Worst Branch in SBI, Very lazy staffs and always long queue in this Branch. Specially Gold Loan process takes time 1day, Customers are suffering. Not following the proper time no supervision for staffs performance. Horrible experience.
Worst bank ever seen. It takes time everytime i visit this bank even for a simple reason. Only one counter working most of the time and very lazy staffs. They always ask us to go to some other counter/ wait. They think they are doing excellent service . No respect to customers. Pls avoid this branch .

Doesn't qualify as a bank. They treat customers like their slaves. Especially in porur branch..not even a single customer is treated with respect. For a single query itself each counter they will misdirect us to some other counter and make fun of us.
The staff here as mentioned in the previous comments are extremely lazy and irritated all the time. I had my discussions with the branch manager who has NO qualifications to be in the seat that he's sitting in. It's understandable that many of the works is hard with the limited staffs they have, but thats NO excuse for their behaviour.
