Worst category staff are here in this branch. They lack basic human behaviour. They treat customers very badly. It seems, all the worst performing employees of SBI are transferred here. Thats why banks are being privatised and these type of employees are crying about it!! Poor service, not satisfied. Hope their management seeing these reviews and have some sense to make it better.

Worst sbi branch ever...for every single thinks they ask for kyc..very rude behavior by branch staff they think they are owner of the branch and we(customers) are begger. I take out my all money and open a new ac in axis bank..they are very polite and helpful..my opinion sbi need to well train pakur staff how to behave with customer..

This is the main branch of SBI Bank in pakur situated in road side one of the best Bank in pakur best service are provided for their customers all facilities are available like air conditioner drinking water best sitting arrangements and better security for extra croud ATM facility is also available near this bank

Spacious new building, useful cash deposit machine (not working since demonetisation) but yet to try out teller services.

I never seen this type of bank...so the staff is too lazy ....
