State Bank of India - Public Sector Bank in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

This is the worst branch of Bank of India I have visited till date. The staff behaviour is extremely rude and they litreally lock the doors of the bank from 12:00 PM - 02:30 PM daily for lunch. This is the first time I have seen a bank do this. The staff is totally untrained, unprofessional and useless. Go to any other branch but this one.

Staff behaviour not at all good. They are too lazy to work. Never opt for this branch.

The staff behaves as if they are doing a favor by keeping your money in their bank. Ridiculous customer service and most phones will be disconnected if you call them. If anyone picks up the phone by chance, they will disconnect it in between the conversation to get rid of you.

Just like a typical state bank of india branch. Extremely lazy staffs .. they will make you wait .. show you difficult rules .. And most importantly the staffs will not attend to people in queue. .. they will speak to others who would break the line from behind .. absolutely pre historic unprofessional bank

This branch was initially State Bank of Indore, later merged with SBI. Very few no of staff. Served quite well to the neighborhood.

Good. Both ATMs were functional and the place was clean.

Service is satisfactory, the agent I approached was of helpful nature but it turns out the information the service manager provided was partly incorrect for which I had to go to another bank pointlessly.

Stuffs are quite helpful. Open only 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturdays.
