Stark fitness is the best gym with good equipment and highly qualified professional trainers. It's been two months I am being trained here and lost more than 8kgs. My personal trainer Mr.Krishna is highly knowledgeable and professional in fitness training and transformation. Trainer SUNIL of cult Stark fitness Hydernagar branch is an EXCELLENT fitness trainer.I think he is one of the best trainers of the city.He is very encouraging and incredibly friendly.He always creates a unique variety of exercises for me each week that challenges my abilities and insists on my extreme focus to achieve my goals. He had lead me improved diet habits, increased strength and endurance, and most importantly improved self-esteem. He helps, motivates and guides to every individual in the GYM during workout with full enthusiasm.

I've been training with Shanu for almost 4 months now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I lost approx. 10kgs and put on 2kg muscle mass, looking more fitter and healthier. As part of a group session, really enjoy the variety & challenge he puts into the sessions. I must be a glutton for punishment :P Shanu is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. Importantly: - This Gym has almost all equipments that a gym goer would require and Spacious too - He ensures that my posture & technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. - He is extremely reliable & punctual - always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I thoroughly enjoy working out in the gym, and would recommend Shanu and training team to anyone looking to improve their fitness.

One of the best clean, well kept & well equipped gym's near Pragati nagar area. Management is pretty good, Manager Divya is so polite and she use to welcome clients cordially,trainers are friendly and qualified! they use to conduct dance and zumba on Tuesday/Thursday which is a good step.Definitely recommend everyone to try it out, you won't be disappointed.
