Star Hospital Akurdi Pune - Hospital in Pimpri-Chinchwad - Pune, India

My father was ok till 1.30pm and he died in next hour. They took away mobiles of all 10 patients and all of them died the same day. According to doctor my in father was not responding to treatment and his heart was not working but how this can happen with all the 10 patients? As per internal source the hospital were not having enough oxygen cylinders. I lost my dad and i believe this should not happen with anyone and that's why I'm writing this. Please stay away from doctors like this. This hospital don't deserve the one star. 1

No proper service by all departments, lost my father due to covid. The nurses act smart here. my father was admitted at 6:00 pm in the hospital and by 6:30 nurse comes and says please arrange for Remdesivir injection. I opposed and said need to talk to doctor, then she becomes quite and goes away. unfortunately lost my father on 7th day of treatment. Then comes worst part. The billing and insurance guys do not know their job. I had to point out that some amount is deducted excessive and need refund. The MRD lady is totally blank in her job, i visited hospital for the documents needed for medical reimbursement the lady only handed over the bill paper. i had been at hospital at 11 in morning and came out of the hospital at 5 in the evening. i had to tell the lady that what documents are missing. specifically mentioning Dr.Rucha Wagh very arrogant lady. needs to learn polite manner of talking. wish i had not taken my father there for treatment but there was no option available at the time. giving lowest rating.

Giving a single star as mandatory for rating (else not that also). Worst.. My dad admitted for lumbar surgery in Jan for 25 days. Stiches got infected. Later again in Feb we came and doctor asked for getting admitted and again surgery for cleaning. But he is still having pain and can't walk. Facilities is not good. We need to always talk to immediate doctors for next medicines and status. Patients getting vomit and pain but still no immediate actions. We are really unhappy with all things provided.

Worst hospital my mom was admitted her covid test was negative. She did not have any medical complication . She was just suffering from pneumonia .she was stable talking and said us feeling better after that they did not allow to use phone it was switched off. And we did not have any direct touch with her and later came to know she is no more. .....pls never go to this hospital you will lose your loved ones

The third class and worst hospital in our area. I have admitted my father as he was unable to breath. And it was seem like symptoms of heart attack. Due to COVID we were unable to get ICU bed. We took him to hospital an admitted in ICU here. Next morning at 7am doctor told that he took tea and biscuits and exactly at 10am he had a massive heart attack. After that they pumped his heart and put him on ventilator. His COVID report was negative but still Doctor didn't send anyone of us in ICU ward. Next day my father died as his body was not responding the treatment. This all was told by the staff of hospital. Doctor was also not answering the question propely and having very negative attitude. I have lots of questions regarding his treatment. They even didn't remove clothes on father's body. My father vommits but it was not cleaned from his face. So if you care for your LOVED ONE and want them back please don't prefer this hospital.

I found Covid19 positive on 3-7-2020, got admitted to Star Hospital Akurdi Pune on 4-7-2020. Not even a single person from hospital is finding time for themselves. Unable to eat, drink or rest, they are working for us minimum 12-14 hours without going to their house. Doctors, Assistant Team Members, Sisters, Housekeeping Staff, Cleaning Staff, Medical Store owner, Canteen owner and his team, administration and management, Security staff - all are % overwhelmingly helpful. God bless the entire fraternity. My salute to all of these Corona Warriors.

My brother got admitted in Star Hosapital last week, it's very nice experience with Dr. Amit Wagh and his team, really all are working very hard in this pandemic situation. They saved my brothers life... Nursing staff is very cooperative and helpful..literally they worked very hard and sincerely... Best of luck for their future....
