Overall worst The way to the cottage is horrible Reaching the cottage is very difficult Once you reach the place, it is an utter disappointment.. Very poorly cleaned rooms.. Full of insects.. No drinking water. TV not working.. parking also difficult.. They ask the amount once you check in.. Doesn't fit for family. Overall worst experience with insects in the room.

Don't try to visit such utter waste place which has no water, no electricity, no heaters for bath, no speakers and had a bad experience about the fire camp too. We give advance for firecamp and no one came for firecamp preparation after receiving money. Its just 0% customer satisfaction, 100% profit and cheating, we 20 people had the same review after booking 4 rooms in that resort

I usually book my stay through MakeMyTrip, for the first time I made a booking through Agoda. This was the worst experience I ever had. The booking was made in the morning and we reached the property at 8.00pm . Upon Reaching the property there was no reception or any authorized personal at the property to check in. I had called and messaged them prior to reaching the property but there was no response. Once at the property I contacted them and the response was shocking. Our room had been allotted to someone else without our permission. We had to search the whole area to get another place to stay. This was a holiday season, and the experience was really hectic. I will never be doing my booking through Agoda and will never recommend this to anyone.

Money minded and rude character, really bad hospitality. No cleanliness and road was very poor. Overall bad experience never go to this resort.

Worst experience, the rooms were not clean and there was no proper staff to take care of things, the place was a total mood spoiler .

Its just only a place in the map and not on the earth... We reached the place with struggle as there is no proper road, street lights or any board of the hotel. Very poor service provided. Not at all recommended to any one to stay as it is a hotel with no rooms in the forest

Recently went for a vacation with my family and booked this Star Holidays. Very Bad experience we had and our vacation ends with mess because of their poor service.(Infact there is NO SERVICE). Problems faced. Rooms are not clean. Water Leakage Inside the room. No proper care taker. No drinking water and also for toilets. No food facility. No near by hotels (even tea shop). No cleaning person. Money minded (Asking us to pay the money when we checked in). Rooms are filled with insects in the evening. Completely not suitable for family. It seems all the good review will be done by themselves. No water heater one side of the wing

I recently stayed at Star holidays resort and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly staff who were more than willing to assist me in any way possible. The lobby was beautifully decorated with elegant and modern furnishings, the check-in process was a breeze, and my room was extremely spacious and well-appointed.
