I joined this gym 6 months ago, and I couldn't be happier with the experience, especially in the early hours of the day. The atmosphere is fantastic, with only a handful of dedicated individuals putting in the work during those quiet hours. The serene ambiance allows for a more personalized and intensive training session. Also, the equipment is well-maintained, and there's usually never a wait for machines or weights.

I have been a member of the Star Gym for almost 2 years now and I am so happy that I decided to join. The gym has exceeded my expectations in every way. First of all, the equipment is top-notch. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and there are plenty of machines to go around. The gym also offers a wide range of free weights and functional training equipment, which has allowed me to diversify my workout routine and challenge myself in new ways . The owners (Sunny and Pankaj) are incredibly friendly and helpful. They are always available to answer any questions I have and provide advice on how to get the most out of my workouts which has helped me to stay motivated and engaged with my fitness routine. However, one small suggestion I have for the gym is to consider opening in the afternoon hours as well. As someone with a busy work schedule or someone doing night shifts ,it can be difficult to find time to work out in the morning or evening late hours . Overall, I highly recommend Star Gym to anyone looking for a high-quality workout experience. There is no better gym in this area. Period !

I can proudly this is one of the best gym in Neb Sarai . Good environment. Proper hygiene. They got every body party machine. They trainers are very good . The fees is reasonable. No parking issues nothing.

Star Gym is excellent. I went for a short while but both the trainers are very friendly. On my first day I was so clueless I was trying to sit on a machine on which you were supposed to stand(cross trainer). No one laughed or made me feel awkward. They taught me every machine since i had never been to a gym before. I highly recommend this. For begginers also.
