The hospital staff took good care of me during my entire duration of stay here. The doctors, nurses and housekeeping staffs were warm and friendly. The food was good, room allotted to me was nice and clean, the staffs assisted me in cleaning myself. Thanks a lot team SRV for a pleasant recovery.
My husband was admitted for knee surgery and he hasd a very good experience with the service provided by SRV hospital Goregaon West. Special appreciation to Dr Ashwin Samant who did his surgery and guided us all the way through the whole process. He explained the details of the whole process and made it simple. Next person I am thankful for is Ajay Kalmakar who made this whole process seamless for my family and me. Special thanks for all the nurses on duty especially Bhavna, Anita, Poonam and Bhagyashree who were always smiling and made my stay comfortable. Most importantly, all the attendees especially Sandesh and Vinayak who took really good care of me.
We had an extremely good experience in the hospital. We had got admitted in emergency at 3 am on 29th October 2023 and the hospital was at our service. Hats off to our doctor Dr Gaurav Wadkar who reached the hospital within 10 mins to cater to us. He assured that he is there and gave us faith. We are extremely thankful to him and appreciate his gesture of being available at the time of need. Also thanks to the TPA desk who took minimal amount from us for ICU admission and assured that they will apply for mediclaim the next day. These actions will go long way as they help to make the patient and his relatives feel at ease. Kudos to the entire hospital staff for giving wonderful post ICU service too :)
I had a very nice experience with SRV Hospital at Goregaon West since the enquiry regarding surgery estimate to discharge. We got the good support and direction from Mr. Ajay Kalamkar during the admitted time. The Doctor Ashwin Samant sir, number one orthopedic I ever met. Thanks to them. Went for uterus removal surgery for my Mom, the hospitality was excellent. I was admitted in SRV Goregaon few days back for my surgery. I found that hospital is very neat and clean. Nurses are very polite and comes regularly to check. Hospital staff does cleaning on regular basis. Best part is our surgeon Dr. Ashwin Samant and whole team. They take of patients really well during the operation and post surgery. I found that cashless mediclaim facility available & that's good thing. It's really hassle free. Ajay Kalamkar has helped me lot to provide necessary support for Mediclaim and provided all the help. Need to watch out for deposit refund. How many days it will take. I hope it will be settled soon. All in all a good experience.
