Residential complexes with all required amenities like gym, swimming pool, basket ball quote, badminton quote, children's park etc. Spacious and full of security. Feel safe for your kids and belongings.

Decent living area but if you are looking for some peace and quiet after a tiring day at home, this is not for you.. very noise and use of loud speakers every now and then is a menace.

Last month I was planning to purchase a property in Sri Sairam towers, Hafeezpet. Flat No.503, F-Block. The owner's name is Vikas Dwivedi. Attached is his Aadhar Card as well. We agreed to a amount and I paid the 20% advance after necessary checks. Vikas, Who was then living in B-503 left the house immediately and is not picking up the calls, I messaged him saying I dont want to buy the flat now and need my refund. He is since then not picking up my calls and keeps replying with excuses that he has emergency so he is working on the refund. Attaching the screenshot of the messages as well. Please dont let him fool anyone else, I will be doing an FIR against this as well

Excellent location.. well connected to important places by local train and road. Yet to be fully occupied... Only negativity is the proximity to a water body... The place is full of mosquitoes

Grand building. Many flats are still not occupied. Shoddy flooring and the sub cellar parking area is aweful
