Not a great experience with Aparna so far. Only helping to lose the self-respect chasing the management for the concerns raised. Not recommended for those who wanted to have a professional experience with the builder. There are many quality issues and many are not coming out to public because many customers bought it just as an investment. Such buyers will book the apartment at an early stage and planning to sell by the possession time. They keep quiet or keep praising the build quality in public forums just to appreciate the property price until they could sell it off. Those who plan to stay is what challenged by these issues. There is no unity among the owners because of that. Some of them wanted to complain and some of them wanted to keep quiet. As an example; attaching my floor condition in Aparna Cyberscape. The covers are off and I am complaining it for past several months. They are using my apartment as a dump yard. They are asking me for the floor completion payment in this condition!! No responses / solution to my emails and after several face-to-face discussions. Project is also delayed and no proper responses to related enquiries as well. 15/08: Update: As a consequence of leaving the floor in such a pathetic condition now almost every tile edges are chipped off. Aparna kept on saying they will fix all of them. But delaying it for ever. Probably until I give up! . Will keep you posted on the progress here.

I purchased a flat in Aparna Marigold project, but when it comes to refunding the caution deposit, they think that home buyers are just trash or beggers especially Lavanya from Astral height Panjagutta office woh is coordinating this whole redund process treat person like that. It is more then month that many owners have submitted their application for refunding the amount but the amount is not yet refunded to most. And when asked for any transaction screenshot or transfer id, she is behaving like she is doing some charity and telling that it will done by their own so called process without thinking anything about the buyers. Very unprofessional and bad behaviour from this so called big construction company.

1. I have purchased a Flat from Aparna Project, when it came for refunding caution deposits , their employees , I can name them , Mr Sinivas and Lavanya from Punjagutta office treated customers as beggers. They need to understand this is not a charity business , they are refunding our own money which was collected as caution deposit. 2. They have been collecting interim maintenance for almost an year, where as we have paid 2 years advance maintenance prior registrations . So they have not started that till date and just enjoying the interest amont on that .how they feel Enabled to do anything and everything as per their wish without any thought of customer well being.

Aparna is a great company. But admin department always makes mistakes in the payment receipts and if you are lucky, you will get response. And you always need to check the how much you are paying. This kind of poor service will make your life miserable.
