Very worst service and frustrating experience.I booked a trip from Chennai to Kerala.Their bus didn't even show up at my pick up point. Driver was so harsh and didn't even bothered to pick my call when I tried 100s of time from 5:00pm when my boarding was supposed to be at 6:40p.m where I was waiting from 5:30 to 8:00 pm and the driver called at 7:00p.m and saying just like that the bus route is changed and he can't do anything. I wasn't even informed of the change in route earlier.And the given complaint contact number doesn't even exist.

Worst ever Bus travel ever.Ac was dripping water always..every seats had this issue and crew members did not have a valid reason for the issue and tried to subside passenger voice by arguing in a rude manner.very bad attitude of driver and management.even a family was asked to sleep in a bed which was soaked completely with water,It shows complete irresponsibility of the management and also the same seat was booked again for an old couple in the next stops and was forced to sleep under the wet mattress.Pathetic behaviour of staffs and rude mannerism of the Bus liner wont reach anywhere in the near furure.Worst experience had in my entire bus journeys.Please avoid maximum booking here

The worst travel service. Had no other choice to book this bus as the other bus company cancelled the scheduled bus at the last minute. Hence had to book the only available single seat which was at the end of this bus. After entering the bus at vellore I noticed that there was no curtain available on my booked seat when it's a sleeper bus. When asked about this as I'm a female passenger travelling alone .. got a very rude and arrogant response from the driver and the lady at the office in vellore. Like as if it's our mistake that the seat didn't have a curtain. And both of them very casually changed my seat and said that I have to change again in the middle of the night if someone else comes!! The lady at the office started saying things like are you even educated! Worst service! Sad that it's available for booking on redbus. This is hopefully the last experience here because Iv already had many terrible experiences earlier like the AC not working, the bus breaking down in the middle of no where and asking us to get down and take any bus that comes on the way. Imagine being a lone female traveller and being in such a situation. I will never book this travels again however desperate the situation. Please close ur travels if you can't maintain it.

NO value for the money. Even after making the request for blanket in AC bus driver didn't arranged. He mentioned as someone might took. Whole night we travelled without blanket. Driver behavior was very worst. Though the traveling cost is higher in Sri Renugambal Bus but the service is very down. Not sure the driver is good condition to drive on that day. NOT suggesting for family to travel in this bus.

Just giving a star because i have to. I had the most horrible experience on this bus as I travelled to trichy from vellore. No cleanliness, no receipt for baggage, no comfort, the seats keep shaking making it hard to even feel a little confortable, they shift your seats without ur knowledge and they demand extra for baggage. The staff won't respect you and you will have the most hell-like experience!!! Please do not choose this travels for any of your journeys

Very worst travels I have ever seen in vellore. Their bus quality also very poor when compare to other travels. They are giving small size blanket and ac in the bus is not at all working , sometimes it's feel like it's an ordinary bus. The staff's behaviour is very worst and they don't know to handle the customers . They don't have a proper waiting area and they don't have enough number of seats in the waiting area .

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent journey with Sri RenuGambal Travels. I booked an AC ticket through Red Bus for travel from Chennai to Thiruvalla, but unfortunately, the AC in the bus was not working from the start of the journey. Despite contacting the Red Bus customer care team and the driver, the issue was not resolved and I had to endure unbearable heat inside the bus. To add to the discomfort, the driver also took a different route to avoid toll. When I contacted Red Bus again, they offered me a compensation of Rs. 423, which I find inadequate given the inconvenience and discomfort I had to endure during the journey. I am surprised and disappointed that an AC bus was operated without the proper functioning of the AC.

The worst service Ac will not work and mobile charging not working staff in the bus and staff at vellore office are the most irresponsible and no respect to the paaaengers. The worst dint prefer this bus service at all. If you any prefer you will be disturbed. Entire journey will be a hell
