Such a horrible place to have food. Never ever try here once. In the name of chilly chicken and chicken masala they served a worst one. Chicken smells like old meat. Chicken pieces they served was neck and some bone pieces only Poor choice of restaurant to eat.
The worst customer service I have experienced ever. This is a outlet located in Brookfields mall. When I ordered food they took almost an hour to get it prepared and the reason was they were having an internal dispute within the kitchen and the workers refused to prepare food for the customers who have already paid bill too. The billing counter lady was also so rude to the customers. Seriously, I recommend no one to eat at this outlet.
Worst place to have food. There will be cockroach inside the Food. They charge high price for worst quality.
The front desk person (wearing prescription glasses) was rude to customers on August 8th evening. He was ill treating at least three customers. He needs to be taught how to talk to customers and how to behave professionally. The food was good, especially the mushroom vegetable biriyani.
The service is the best in the Brookfield mall, with good food and nice ambience.

Worst customer service. I went to this restaurant on 3.8.2022 at around 8.30 pm.The person who is suppose to be a gentle customer service behaved as worst person to the level of shouting us on the food given by him asking to return it without a basic courtesy.He does not know what he is selling and shouting and yelling at us.He does not know the basic on what his restaurant is selling. Ihsd high regards on Rayappas restaurant. But this incident have given me very very bitter experience.
The waste outlet in the food court. They provide food is uncleaned plates . The food quality is worst and they use old and uncooked chicken. Informed the person in the counter. But he was like sir we are selling like this only and None complained about it .they are very careless. Plz avoid this outlet for good.
