They have charged extra 400Rs If I deny to pay they won't give room to us, I don't have time to book another That's why i have paid extra 400Rs

Absolutely the worst staff ever across Hyderabad. If you expect it to be a hotel kind of experience you won't get it here. The illiterate people who run this place don't have boundaries when it comes to engaging with customers. They feel its customers privilege to stay at their hotel and not treat them with respect.

Wrost staff. Please do not prefer this hotel. They will loot you extra even though you paid online. They did not even provide me room and now they are not giving my money back.

Worst service they provide I have paid extra amount for early check in but I didn't get bill and when I complaint to Oyo they are saying you have not paid extra amount of Rs 500. I have the gpay transaction ID when I asked them by showing that they are not replying. Very worst experience I have ever faced

Worst Experience. Oyo doesn't have any control on these properties. Customers book on Oyo and when they reach the property they will not be allowed to check in saying there is no availability. I will never recommend anyone to go with Oyo.

Worst property... Rooms are not nice need to repaint.. Oyo kept this property in blacklist.. My problem was they took extra amount than booking amount I requested them for bill but they even don't respond.. Some reviews are madeup reviews.. They don't allow to park cars inside..

Booking amount is not acceptable at Property, you need to pay more at Property. Pictures were misleading, there is no wash basin. It's a kind partitioned room. Not worth.

Pathetic experience from hotel management, booked in OYO app and went to the hotel, hotel management denied check in saying they cant give this room to us for this price insulating way mentioning this is my hotel my rules , if then why OYO taking bookings from them? And insulting customers, should take seriously action on them, Avoid this hotel Thanks
